Unturned - Living Through the Apocalypse
Living through the apocalypse is a difficult task, but it's not impossible. Surviving the apocalypse requires skill and work, and surviving in Unturned's apocalyptic world can prove to be a challenge.
Surviving the Apocalypse
Finding Supplies: The first step in surviving in Unturned is to get some basic supplies. While your first thoughts may be to go to a large city, cities can become death traps. To survive the city, you're going to need a lot more supplies and weapons, so it is best to start exploring a small town, camp, or farm.
When exploring a smaller location, it is important to sneak around and find yourself a weapon. Although there may be guns and chainsaws lying around, you should always start with a quiet weapon like a baseball bat or a knife. Then, after racking up some skill points, you can go ahead and boost your sneaky beaky and gun skills so you can use some more powerful weapons.
Boosting your Survival Skills: After collecting a good amount of supplies and racking up on skill points, it's important to start boosting your survival traits like crafting and farming. This will allow you to start crafting yourself some nice tools and weapons, and eventually, you'll be able to start a successful thriving farm.
Building Yourself a Home: After boosting up your skills and having some nice tools, you're going to need a place to live and a car. While you may want to live somewhere close to a town or city, you should make sure to give yourself a good amount of space between your home and the town or city.
Not only will zombies raid your home during a full moon, but PVP players tend to be around cities quite often. This means, if you're on a PVP server, people will easily find and raid your home and attempt to kill you.
Completing Quests: After you've built yourself a nice base, you may want to start completing some quests. Travelling to the NPC bases and collecting some quests can not only make the gameplay more interesting but can also get you some nice in-game bonuses. While the quests can be completed alone, it may be easier to find yourself a group to complete the quests with.
Completing quests allows you to boost your rankings in the NPC bases and get some nice perks that'll really help you throughout your gameplay. Although completing quests can give you some serious bonuses, they can be difficult to complete. You're going to need to make sure that you have all of the supplies and resources before going ahead and completing the quests. This means you're going to want to go to some military bases and collect some weapons and supplies before trying to complete the quests
