Problem with bananas in theorem reach

In english: I am having problems with theorem reach. I complete the surveys and they don't give me the bananas. They show me in the scoreboard that i managed to win the bannas but they don't credit it in my bananatics account. Does someone Know what is happening or are you having the same problem?
Em português: Eu estou tendo problemas com o site de pesquisas theorem reach. Eu completo as pesquisas e eles não me dão as bananas. Eles mostram no placar que eu consegui ganhar as bananas, mas eles não creditam na minha conta do bananatics. Alguém sabe o que está acontecendo ou alguém está tendo o mesmo problema?
