I ordered an amazon key but...

So a couple days back I bought a 15$ amazon gift card, but when the code arrived it said it was invalid. Any help??

i also am having this problem. amazon says the code is supposed to be 14-15 characters long and the code i was sent by bananatic is reeeeally long, like 40 characters or more. and the @ support button wont submit my comment, no clue why.
