Android App won't give credits

I just completed a task on the bananatics app to "Install, open the app and finish castle to level 15 on Pirates of the Caribbean: TOW". I got the app through the link and after spending a month getting to this level, the app refused to give me credit. Help needed.

It's not an app. Bananas are always added by sponsor of task. Maybe you don't finish the task correctly.

I finished this deal on the bananatics phone app, so it is an app. I rechecked multiple times and I cleary finished the task correctly. Is there any way I could send proof of accomplishment?
