Are game quests specific to where you live?

I was wondering this because on some bananapedia game reviews it says you can earn, let's say 1000 bananas from a game's quests, but then i click on the link and there are no such quests.

I think you are getting confused with it a bit.If it says 250 bananas that means there aren't any available quests currently for that game and 250 bananas mean bananapedia. If it says anything more than 250 bananas that mean that there are quests available and doing ALL of them will get you a number of bananas it says for the game.

Even on my own bananapedia article on warthunder it says that i can earn 1250 bananas, but when i click on the link, it only says i can earn 250 from writing an article (which I already did).

Yep, can confirm. League of Legends articles, like my own, say 850 bananas and 850 xp (or something similar). This is odd.

If an offer says more than 250 available that means there are quests to complete to receive more. If it only says 250 it means you can only receive bananas from this game by writing a bananapedia article.
