Hi don't worry! First thing, can you check your Spam folder for any messages and also the Prizes option under Settings (top right).
We can see the purchase on our system.
Please drop us a Support email using the green tab, if still an issue.

Thanks i had the same issue but i checked the prizes option and found my keys :)
