didnt get my reward

Okay so i saved up 2500 for the free steam gift card and bought it, however i waited 2 days and did not recieve one i will wait longer and see if I recieve the $5 steam wallet code.
Also do they email me the code? because i checked my email and my steam and it showed up in neither of them.

Well, I actually have a similar issue, where I won the steam card, and its displayed in my prizes but I cant click on it or do anything with it.
