Duplicate prize code

Hello, I'd like to get in touch with someone from support about exchanging a prize code for another one because I already own Dark Projects. I would use the support page but it's not letting me submit a ticket. Thank you.

I'm sorry, we can't exchange different codes if you get a duplicate. The keys are provided by our steam sponsors, not purchased by us. And on top of that the system is random to avoid bias keys being sent out. You can try to trade with someone or post it on the forums for free.
