I sent a screenshot of my progress to the quest tracking thing and then about 3 hours later i am responded to with the following message: Existing account is not allowed. Please create a new account, and link it to Bananatic.
Does anyone know a fix or how to go about linking a new account?

This is because you tried to use an existing account? You need to register for any games fresh, and click Play from our site, every time you play...
Unless your screen was checked in error; in which case you can always resubmit, and let the site know via a Support Ticket, that you registered for the game via Bananatic.
So you don't have to create a new game account.
