Sorry about the inconvenience. sometimes when the prize is out of stock, it takes slightly longer for us to receive it and send it. This means it might take slightly longer but don't worry, you will receive it. :)
Do check that your not under verification though as that will mean you won't receive prize until your account is verified. To check, click on the settings and check prize, if your going through verification, it is typically written there.
