Having an issues with the paysafe pin i got

So i redeemed my $10 paysafe card the 5th of this month when i finally got the bananas to do so again. i checked back yesterday to see that my i could actually view my pin code however when i went to check the balance it says that its 0 and i know i havent used it at all. I submitted a support ticket about and havent heard anything back yet is there anyone that can tell me whats going on with my pin and what can be done about the issue im having?

Why don't you go to our discord server and ask the admins, they should be able to solve your issue really quickly. That hasn't happened before so I will also contact the admin and ask him what is wrong and get him to fix it for you!
