How do you complete quests on phones or tablets

I'm sure u can play and earn from quests on PC yet I can't find a way to send a varification picture across to comfirm that I have done the quest

Can u help me??!

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. If your question is being able to complete quests on the phone and tablet, then I will have to say no. There are a couple of games you can install on the phone but besides that there is not that many options.
