I bought a game, but the email hasn't arived

I ordered Pixel Piracy, but it still hasn't arrived yet (Hasn't emailed to me). Should I be worried or ask the administrators or something?

Hey TheMemeingOfLife,

you can take a look on all your orders directly on bananatic. To do this, click on the top right on the gear, followed by "Prizes". If you can see a magnifier, you can click on it to get your code.
