made 15K+ bananas and get nothing

I worked hard to make more than 15k bananas but when I tried to redeem, they banned and disabled my account.
reason? I manage multiple accounts, but no, I don't.
I live in Virginia, the other guy(the one they alleged that's my another account ) in Asia!
I play with iMac Pro, the other guy plays with windows system!
still they insist that's me?! and disable my account, I lost 15K bananas and got nothing!!

Hi, How can you collect 15k bananas when you dont finish single task on that account. Can you give us your account email that we can check.

I am new to this and I cashed in my bananas for a 10.00 gift card, which was 5000 bananas. It said it would be 48 hours and it has been. I have still not recieved a gift card code. Does it go to your email? I have checked there and in my spam folder. Also I saw someone say to click prizes and hit the hourglass. The only thing that shows up is that I traded in my bananas and a clock, I can't click on nothing.
