No rewards given, not replying to support ticket

Hi,

I 'bought' a $5 steam voucher and waited about 52 hours before creating a support ticket.
Its been almost a day since I created the ticker and I've had no response.

What an I supposed to do???

4 days?!Thats unusally long.Wait a day longer and if no response from the support ticket then I will tell my boss to contact you.Where did you get the steam voucher from?A bananbet or did you get it with bananas.

It was with bananas.

i got a reply from the support ticket and the voucher has been sent now. Thanks for the help ;)
