Replay Game Mechanic Not Working? + Badges Restart

So I fully completed the game, Kings and Legends. I noticed that it can be replayed so I can earn more bananas on the same game. By the time I clicked the relplay button, I realised that my badges from the game no longer exists. I tried to register my account into the game by contacting the company, GameSpree. Do I have to create some type of other e-mail address? Am I allowed to do this? What about my badges from the first time I played this game?
