Steam key and PREMIUM Steam key?

What is the difference of these two? Does one specifically go for once popular games or ones that have a high review on it? Or is it based on price only? Wanting to know if it's worth to spend the extra banana's on it or not.

Hi,

It's based on price only. Premium are worth more than the others!
Random are games up to $10 whereas Premium are up to $20
