What are the best strategy games?

Strategy games are challenging games which force us to plan ahead and make great use of our brain power. These games are shown to be beneficially in developing critical thinking abilities. Some examples of such games are Civilization series , Age of Empire Series, Starcraft, Total War: Warhammer and Plants vs Zombies.

Blackguards 1&2, King's Bounty, Lords Mobile, Warlords. They are all turn-based tactical strategy games. Blackguards hold a special place in my heart though. They have an AMAZING story behind them.
