What to do if I already play some of the games.

I already play Roblox, Wizard101, Warframe, Garry's Mod, Smite and a few others. How am I to get through the quests when they ask me to register although i already have a user/account on such games. I mean. I could make a article but it wouldnt be a review, guide or tutorial. It would just be me saying that I already play said game.

You have to sign up for a new account (through this website) in order for you to do quests for a game you already play.

Yes you do since it is not machine registered it is validated by each separate account.
