What to do if the advert refused to credit banana

I clicked ayetstudio on the Adverts offer wall page. The first few downloads worked fine then the last game wasn't credited. I email Ayetstudio and they replied with copied and pasted text. Is there anything we could do to receive what promised or all of these are random depending on our own luck?

Depends on the offerwall, if they refuse to give you bananas then you won't get them. However most offerwalls are generous enough to give you the points if you truly earned them.
