Rocket League is one of the most unique games available for purchase. It is the only game which merges racing and football (or soccer), making it so unusual it becomes addicting. Rocket League has an all time peak of 102,684 players in-game at once, making it a really active game. The game costs $14.99 on Steam, and has very positive reviews. But this game isn't picture perfect. Most players have complaints about the ban system (which I will talk about in this article), and this game doesn't have the nicest fan base. In this article I will speak about the general aim of the game, the positives and negatives of the game, and my opinion on whether you should invest your time and money into it. I would like to remind everyone that this is an opinionated review, and it does not reflect the actual quality of the game.

Rocket League is a game in which you drive rocket powered cars with the aim shooting a ball and scoring a goal in the enemies net. There are many different modes. Although this may seem simple, this is a very complicated and difficult game to master.
Good Things about the Game:

1: It is a unique and creative game, and you will not find anything like it.
2: The controls aren't to hard to learn. This game has so many features but so little controls.
3: The customization aspect of the game calls for very personalized vehicles for each player to own.
4: Allows up to 4 player split screen, allowing you to play with friends. Also allows 8 player online.
5: It is highly addictive, you will play it for hours on end.
There are many other good things with Rocket League, these are just the main 5.

Although this game is overall very good, there are some negative things in it.
1: Most players complain about the games ban system. The ban system in Rocket League works so that it doesn't ban someone if there is proof of misdemeanor, it bans if a lot of people report. To put this into context, if you are winning a match against a team of 4, and all 4 of them report you for no reason, you will get banned for 24 hours.
2: Rocket League does not have the best fan base in the world. I am not saying everyone who players Rocket League is annoying, I am just saying that many games you join will have someone annoying.
Overall, I suggest you buy and try Rocket League if you have the money. It has personally been time and money well spent.
