How to Easily Get Platinums without spending Real Money

Warframe is a Sci-fi Fantasy RPG game with various features and equipments available for players to use. As we all know, there are 2 kinds of in-game currencies that we usually use, Credits and Platinums. Credits can easily be earned by doing missions and looting from crates and enemies. Platinums however were used to be received by buying them with real money through Steam wallet and such. You can use Platinums to buy equipments, skins, armor attachments, warframe and weapon slots, rush builds and more.

Once you get to hang of this method of getting Platinums, you'll also feel like Platinums are so easy to get you start giving out free Prime part blueprints and Platinums (if you're not greedy ofcourse). I myself have gotten over 100 Platinums in just 2 hours through trading, now I don't even know what to spend my Platinums on because I have almost spent on everything I wanted in less than a week. Sometimes, I feel like Nora's Choice Cred worth so much more than Platinums.

Anyway, we can easily get Platinums (or Plats for short) by trading with other players. As you know, some blueprints (bp for short), relics and mods are not easy to get. Most players trade Plats for any Prime parts blueprints like Octavia Chassis blueprint, Paris Prime Handle blueprint, Nidus Prime blueprint and Hikou Prime blueprint. Literally any Prime part blueprints. Each Prime part blueprints has its own Ducats price like 15 Ducats, 25 Ducats, 45 Ducats, 65 Ducats and 100 Ducats. The higher the Ducats price of a certain Prime part blueprint, the higher the Plats you'll get when trading with someone. Players also trades Plats for Relics and Mods, especially Riven mods.

Prime parts blueprint can be earned by unlocking relics by doing Void Fissure missions. You can randomly get relics my doing missions like Excavation, Defence, Interception and Survival. The longer you do the mission, the better the rewards.

You can check the actual prices for the prime parts and find out where to get them at the Tenno Zone website: https://tenno.zone/pricing

Now you might be wondering, "why are there players trading (useful or uselss) Prime parts blueprints for Plats?" Then you might have not met the Void Trader, Baro Ki'Teer. The Void Trader offers various kinds of rare stuff like skins, mods, armor attachments, color palettes and orbiter decorations. These stuff can be bought with Ducats. And in order to get Ducats, players would need to convert their Prime part blueprints into Ducats based on its Ducats price. The Void Trader only shows up once every 2 weeks on a random relay.

Some players also have a business strategy, where they buy and gather Prime part blueprints to complete a full set of a certain Prime blueprint and then sell them with higher Platinum price. For example, they trade the Prime Chassis for 1 Plat, Prime Neuroptics for 4 Plat and Prime Systems for 6 Plat blueprints with the main Prime Warframe blueprint for 10 Plat. In total, it would cost them 21 Plats, but they would sell the whole Prime Warframe blueprint set for around 50-100 Plats, depending on how rare they are.

If you want to start trading, make sure you already joined a Clan, went to the Trading Section at the Dojo and enabled Two-Factor-Authentication (2FA) to start trading with other players. Anyway, just be sure to avoid from trading with scammers, some players trades stuff with low amount Plats when it should be higher. When you found a good trader with good prices, be sure to ask them if you could be their Regular Customer by being friends. That way, you can easily trade with them easily whenever you are both online. That wya you don't need scroll through the Trading chat and wait for someone to offer a good price.
