How to improve in League of Legends

So you want to improve in LoL that's normal, everybody does! Everyone has reached a point in their solo queue grind where they thought that they were going to be stuck there forever, started blaming their teammates and argued in chat whether it was their fault or their jungler's, all of us have gone through that. But there's always room for improvement! I have a friend that reached platinum the first year he started playing this game, yes he grinded hard to do so but good things come through hard work, dedication and by following the advice below. Where talent stops improvement starts. In my opinion, everyone in the world has the ability to at least reach platinum but still, it's above-average to be in platinum. The average player sits around Silver 2 and Gold 4! These are some easy to follow things that actually work and everyone can use to achieve a higher rank or to increase the chances of climbing. Everyone can use take something from this even if you are on the higher side of the ladder.

The first thing you have to do is to just focus on yourself, as simple as that sounds if you master this trait you are going to start climbing like it's nothing. Start watching your own replays, try to not get tilted when your team isn't doing as hot, you can always carry as long as you have a good mindset. Make your champion pool smaller, pick the best 2-3 champions of the patch spam them in solo queue, normals are all over the place and it's hard to take anything from them. Another thing you can do is to one trick a champion. This one is for the more hardcore players because it sometimes gets boring to play the same one every game for let's say 20 games in a row. Not only it gets boring some call it exhausting but worth it. Play only two similar roles (ADC-support, mid-top) you don't have to master every role in the game to climb one or even two roles are enough. Another thing you can do is play champions that can be played in all your main roles for example Morgana can be played in every role in the game and still be viable!

One good way to improve your macro is to watch professional gameplay. On YouTube, Twitch or even in League's official website there are endless hours of gameplay you can watch and take something from. All you need to do is watch. One tip I've always used throughout my climb was to mute anyone that wanted to just make me tilt, I always listened to criticism even if it wasn't put in a good way. But when someone is trying to just make you mad that's a whole different story and your best bet is to just mute them. Although the best answer I've ever heard when asked the question ''How do I improve in League Of Legends?'' is to just simply play the game. The best way to improve is just to play the game yourself the more time you invest the higher you'll reach. That's not always the case but most of the time is. When you get to the point where you feel you've mastered those traits and that you don't see any more improvement look for a coach online to help you. Even if you don't have spare money for a paid coach you can always find courses, lessons and tutorials online for free. Those were the points that helped me achieve a higher rank than any of the people I know and be a part of the top 1% of players worldwide.
