How does it work?

League of Legends is 3D, third person MOBA developed and published by Riot Games. The game was made available to audiences in 2009 and is available for use on PC platforms, such as MacOS and Windows.

The game is set in a fantasy land where the player assumes the role of an unseen summoner, who controls a champion to defeat rivals and enemies. The champions are usually in possession of a set of unique abilities and skills that aid the player in destroying the nexus of the opposing team. The game currently operates on three game maps: Summoner’s Rift, Twisted Treeline and Howling scar. Each map, or field of justice, has its unique landscape and features that either aid or hold back the players during gameplay.

Players assume their roles to fight against teams of other players, or during daily missions and challenges against NPCs. Within the game, players have the opportunity to earn rp or riot points. Rp are one of the two in-game currency systems and can be either earned during gameplay or bought using real life money. Once the player has the desired amount of Rp, they can spend their collection on customization, boots and new champions. Rps can be earned during battles and missions, or bought either at megastores or online using Credit cards.

The game is popular throughout the world for their innovative gameplay, fresh take on in-gameRps and championships that are held between players.
