The Word of Tanks Review
The World of Tanks (not first in the series of many) is a multiplayer, tank simulator game which involves a player to control a tank and either capture an objective or destroy as many tanks as possible in a team. This isnt the first game the developers of this game have created, it also includes another games also famously known as World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz and many other welnown games. This game can be accessed by different types of devices such as Windows PC, Xbox One Xbox 360 and more if added in the future. There is a wide range of tanks that vary from what they can do including having a minigun or rocket launching mechanism which can destroy tanks, however, some can be more useful than others. Many countries are also added in too such as Germany, Soviet Union (Russia), America, England, Japan, England and Sweden.
Each country starts off with one tank each, but can be upgradable and the further you play the game, the more you can unlock with the certain amount of money given when the round ends. When winning a game, the amount of money given to a player can vary between how much you participated in the round as well as destroying other vehicles. The better you do, the more money you can earn.
When playing this game, it may seem very repetitive to many players, as of most games, since there is no singleplayer campaign. Although this is fine, it may then seem as if this game is lacking more potential than it really has. It is rare to see anyone playing this game with even over 1000 hours. Most games, such as CS:GO, COD franchise and other popular well-known fps will easily earn people with thousands of hours on it, but for this game, it seems as if this will be a very rare occurrence.
Even though this game does have many problems, every game does. But what makes World of Tanks stand out is how that it is a completely free game. The graphics can make almost any potato computer allow it to run it. When the graphics are increased, the game looks great and can make anyone feel confused and dazed on the fact that this game is absolutely FREE. Although like most games, it does have micro transactions meaning in some cases it is pay-to-win, it doesn't compare to how COD now has micro transactions but it actually costs money.
In conclusion, I do believe for the price of this game, it is very much worth playing. Like most people who will play this game, they will all agree on how this game is stunningly beautiful for its price and everyone who has the chance to play it should. For me, I would rate this game 6.5/10 due to lack of content, but great since it is free.
