My registration is still pending?

So i've registered an account at wartunder, i have downloaded the game, i have even complete the tutorial but i can still not see the quests. I've sent in a screenshot of my confirmation email, that got rejected. I've contacted support, no anwser. I really dont know what to do here? Anybody knows what the problem may be?
