What your supposed to do is take a screenshot of it (with phone, imgur, lightshot, etc) then download it and send it to the site by dragging it to there. It doesn't automaticly count when you make it to lvl 10 gives u the lvl 10 bananas. Easiest way is to take a shot on your phone and email it to yourself then download it, then drag it from your downloads folder to the site.

I have the same problem, but when i take a screenshot, there is no where to drag the photo so i cant use it
