I've played the game for about an hour or so already, also I've activated my account already yet this game is still not registered? If it does take time, how long will this take? I see other members' have this same problem as well.
Can you please help and work this out?

Try clearing history/cache and trying a different browser. Personally for me it has worked best with internet explorer. If you still have issues you can go back to the game page and submit screenshot of email confirmation.
