Hey NoobyJay,

if your level is too high on a screenshot it will be denied because you need to solve the tasks with a new account. For example, if your task is to reach level 8 and this might take a few time and someone send us after 8 minutes a screenshot where he is allready at level 34 than it will be denied because it is clear that this is not a new account.

Also make sure to submit screenshots, here is a tutorial how you can make one: http://www.bananatic.ca/forum/thread/how-to-take-a-screenshot-487/

Make sure that the game is not running in fullscreen mode to avoid problems.

Hey marvin, ive never played that game before lol i screenshot it an 30-60mins after i got it... but idk how to screenshot for royal quest... it doesnt show the game(i use prnt screen to get the screenshots)

print screen doesn't work if the game is running in fullscreen mode. Change in the graphic settings the resolution to window mode and try it again :)

never mind i checked and old screen shot and found out which i was on but can i redo quest 1?
