Play the game and try to achieve as many achievments as possible (unless taskks shown then just do them). Sooner or later, when tasks are added, verify with the servers of Bananatic (might take a few days. I believe it's automatic verification) and you shall receive your bananas! Hopefully you now have a better understanding of this service.
