How do you start the first quest on bananatic,do you have to reach lvl 2 ingame or on the Arc client?

I think the first quest is to reach level 15 which isn't quick or easy... Kinda expected a free random steam key just for registering but nope, looks like it's going to be a while before I get that random steam key
